This website www.artificialharmonics.com, owned by DISME srl, stores as little information about it’s customers as possible. For both simplicity and security, only basic information is stored on servers/computers used by artificialharmonics.com. Sensitive financial data such as credit card numbers is never seen or stored by artificialharmonics.com. It is instead directly and securely passed on to well established third-party payment processors.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

This website is using Tidio, a chat platform that connects users with the customer support of Artificial Harmonics. We are collecting email addresses/names only with the consent of the users, in order to start the chat. The messages and data exchanged are stored within the Tidio application. Artificial Harmonics is not making use of these messages or data other than to follow up on users’ registered issues or inquiries. Your personal data will be processed and transmitted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Vimeo

Our website uses features provided by the Vimeo video portal. This service is provided by Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

If you visit one of our pages featuring a Vimeo plugin, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. Here the Vimeo server is informed about which of our pages you have visited.
